I absolutely love my doctor and the staff. Since they have merged with Pella and have been in training I have had nothing but trouble trying to get a hold of anyone to get an appointment and to get my medicine refilled I have been out for several days now and they were supposed to send the refill in Thursday. They would call me if there was a problem. I went to pick it up and it hasn't been sent. I tried to call a few times today during off hours and it finally rolled over to pella but they can't help me because I'm not even listed in their system. Now I have to wait until Tuesday to try and contact them. This is very upsetting. I e tried for over a week to get this filled. There should be an on call doctor that can help. Even the answering service didn't know what was going on. I called at 430 the last time today and after being on hold for 20 min it rolled over to the Pella office.
